General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

(Status: 30.04.2026)

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to the sale of admission tickets (tickets) via the EventSync.io platform by the respective organizer. The ticket sale is carried out in the name and on behalf of the organizer in accordance with the following terms.

1. Scope and Contractual Partner

1.1 These AGB regulate the legal relationship between the ticket purchaser („Customer“) and the organizer.

1.2 The organizer and contractual partner is:
basti@lehmannclub.de
represented by
Address: ,
E-mail: basti@lehmannclub.de

1.3 Ticket sales are conducted through the software platform EventSync.io, which provides the organizer with the technical capability to distribute tickets and other offers in their own name and on their own account. EventSync.io is not an organizer, ticket dealer, or debt collection service provider. Payment processing is carried out exclusively via the payment provider selected by the organizer (e.g., Stripe) in the name and on behalf of the organizer. EventSync.io merely provides the technical infrastructure to enable orders and payments between the organizer and the customer.

1.4 The organizer is entitled to reject orders or the conclusion of contracts at any time without giving reasons. The customer has no entitlement to the purchase of a ticket.

2. Conclusion of Contract, Availability, Prices and Payment

2.1 By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase a ticket. The contract between the customer and the organizer only comes into effect upon confirmation by the organizer, which is usually done by sending the confirmation email and the ticket. Sending the order alone does not constitute a conclusion of contract.

2.2 The contract is subject to the availability of tickets. If a ordered ticket is no longer available, the customer will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be refunded.

2.3 In the event of technical errors or exceeding the ticket quota, the organizer may cancel orders and fully refund any payments already made. This applies both to the total quota of the event and to individual ticket categories.

2.4 Payment is processed exclusively via the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. in the name and on behalf of the organizer. Available payment methods may vary depending on technical configuration or availability. The organizer is entitled to deactivate or adjust individual payment methods at any time.

2.5 Tickets are provided exclusively in digital form and sent to the customer by e-mail.

2.6 All ticket prices include the respective applicable statutory value-added tax. Any service or advance booking fees incurred will be shown separately in the ordering process and vary depending on the organizer's settings in the EventSync software. The total price displayed in the ordering process includes all taxes and fees.

2.7 The tickets remain the property of the organizer until full payment has been received. Admission to the event is only possible with a fully paid ticket.

3. Events, Refund and Cancellation

3.1 The organizer is also the operator of the ticket shop and responsible for the execution of the respective event.

3.2 In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the statutory provisions apply. A refund will be made, if statutory required, via the same payment method used for the booking.

3.3 There is no right of withdrawal (cancellation). According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal for leisure events (e.g., concerts, club events, festivals) is excluded, as the contract provides for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities at a specific date.

3.4 Admission conditions: The admission and age requirements are based on the individual information provided by the respective organizer in the event description. The purchase of a ticket does not constitute an admission guarantee. The organizer's house rules apply. The organizer is entitled to deny admission to the event for good cause (e.g., in case of violations of security or age regulations, recognizable intoxication, or inappropriate behavior). In these cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price. Security checks, in particular bag and person checks, can be carried out.

4. Liability, Conduct and Tickets

4.1 The organizer is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slightly negligent breaches of duty, the organizer is only liable if an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) has been violated. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability is also limited in amount to the respective transaction value.

4.2 The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to persons who violate house rules or security regulations. Security checks, in particular bag checks, can be carried out.

4.3 Ticket loss and resale: Tickets may not be resold commercially. Personalized tickets are not transferable. In case of loss of a ticket, there is no entitlement to a replacement.

4.4 In case of abuse or violation of the AGB, the ticket loses its validity. The organizer can exercise their house rules at any time and deny customers access; in this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.

5. Data Privacy

The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (in particular GDPR). For details on the handling of personal data, the organizer's privacy policy applies.

6. Legal Notices and Consumer Protection

6.1 These AGB apply to both consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB). The contract language is German.

6.2 The law of Germany (e.g., „Federal Republic of Germany“) applies.

6.3 Place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, .

6.4 Should any provision of these AGB be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid regulation, the statutory provision shall apply. The same applies to any regulatory gaps.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform), available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The organizer is not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Information on Platform Operator (Transparency Clause)

The sale of tickets is carried out technically via the EventSync.io platform:
